This officially licensed Dark Knight Clue Mug shows the Joker before you even pour. At room temperature, the black 16 oz. Morphing Mugs® Heat-Sensitive Clue Mug displays him in his long purple coat, surrounded by rows of scratchy blue “HA” lettering. Add a hot drink and the rest of the Joker design comes into view, making this a fun pick for morning coffee, late-night tea, or a Dark Knight movie marathon.

Once the mug warms up, the Joker artwork fills in around him. He stands on a wrecked city street in his purple coat and green vest, with green hair and white face makeup, as broken buildings, flying debris, and glowing orange sparks crowd the blue-gray scene. Farther around the mug, a large close-up shows his face tilted downward through tangled strands of hair, washed in cool blue tones with sparks drifting below. The bright blue lettering drops into the background, leaving faint scratched “HA” marks behind.

This ceramic mug holds 16 oz, so there is room for a full cup of coffee or tea. Its heat-sensitive coating reacts as hot liquid warms the outside of the mug, turning the black areas into the city scene and close-up portrait. Hand wash only to help protect the specialty finish; the mug is not microwave safe or dishwasher safe.
