Delivery of Order

Orders being shipped in the United States will ship FedEx or USPS mail.  Shipping method to be decided by shipping department based upon size of order placed and information entered at time of the order. If you need an order RUSH shipped, please email us at customerservice@filmcellsltd.com, or call 309-929-7012 to check if order is in stock and can be shipped.

International orders (outside the United States) can ship FedEx International Priority, FedEx Economy, USPS international priority mail or USPS airmail, the size of the items ordered and information when placing the order will determine this. We do have flat rate shipping available for some smaller items and this will show in checkout if available for your order. Please email any questions to customerservice@filmcellsltd.com

Delivery times vary slightly, but we aim to ensure all in stock orders are shipped within 1-2 business days. If an item is on backorder, it may take 2-3 weeks to ship. 

You will be notified when your orders ship and your credit card has been charged.

Shipping and Handling 
                                                                                                            
Trend Setters Ltd. offers a variety of shipping options. For all US or international shipments shipped by a FedEx delivery method, your shipment will be trackable and insured.  Orders shipped via the Postal Service are trackable(in the US only), but will not be insured, unless you contact us at customerservice@filmcellsltd.com to request extra charges for postal insurance.  International orders shipped via the Postal Service cannot be tracked.

Note:  To ensure timely order processing, any FedEx orders placed with an invalid mailing address (PO Boxes or APO addresses) may be shipped out via US Postal service at the discretion of the FilmCells shipping department. Please be sure to provide us with a valid physical address when completing your order.

International shipments may be charged customs and duties fees.  This is not determined by FilmCells Ltd, but is up to the customs and duties department in your country.

Note on Holiday Shipping 

Please note, we cannot control Fedex and USPS delivery schedule; we will do our upmost to have your orders shipped in time but we cannot guarantee your order will be delivered in time for Christmas. We are based in Illinois. The closer you are, the more likely your order will get delivered. We will still accept orders using the FREE SHIPPING  mtehod after Sunday Dec 13th, but they are less likely to arrive in time for Christmas.
