Making Purchase
Just browse our catalog, click on the items you wish to buy and put them into your shopping cart.  When you are finished, click on checkout and you will be asked for the details needed to complete your transaction.  If you are buying from outside the United States, place your order and your credit card company will convert the money into US currency. We accept Visa, Master card, and American Express.  We also accept money orders/cashier checks, and pay pal in US dollars only.

Your credit card will not be charged until your item/items are ready to ship.

Back Orders
If your item is not in stock, we will back order it for you.  If you are ordering multiple items, we will ship the items in stock first and fill the back order as available.  We will charge the items separately, if they ship separately.

Alternative Payment
If you have chosen to pay with a cashiers check or money order in US funds, please make it payable to FilmCells and send your payment to:

Delivery of Order
Orders being shipped in the United States will ship Fed Ex/UPS ground or USPS mail.  Shipping method to be decided by shipping department, based upon size of order placed and information entered at time of the order.  If you need an order RUSH shipped, please email us at customerservice@filmcellsltd.com or call 309-929-7012 to check if order is in stock and can be shipped.

International orders (outside the United States) usually ship USPS global priority mail or USPS airmail, the size of the items ordered and information when placing the order will determine this.  Please email questions to customerservice@filmcellsltd.com

Delivery times vary slightly, but we aim to ensure all in stock orders are shipped within 7 working days. If an item is on backorder, it may take 2-3 weeks to ship. 

You will be notified when your orders ship and your credit card has been charged.

Shipping and Handling                                                                                                             FilmCells offers a variety of shipping options.  For all US or international shipments shipped by a FedEx delivery method, your shipment will be trackable and insured.  Orders shipped via the Postal Service are trackable(in the US only), but will not be insured, unless you contact us at customerservice@filmcellsltd.com to request extra charges for postal insurance.  International orders shipped via the Postal Service can not be tracked.

     Note:  to ensure timely order processing, any FedEx orders placed with an invalid mailing address (PO Boxes or APO addresses) may be shipped out via US Postal service at the discretion of the FilmCells shipping department.  Please be sure to provide us with a valid physical address when completing your order.

International shipments may be charged customs and duties fees.  This is not determined by Film Cells Ltd, but is up to the customs and duties department in your country.

Guarantee                                                                                                                                      If any items are damaged upon delivery or you feel the products are in an unsatisfactory condition please contact us within 72 hours of receipt. .Please note that all returns must be confirmed with a member of  Film Cells Ltd sales team before being shipped back. You can contact customerservice@filmcellsltd.com to obtain instructions and a Return Authorization Number.

When the product is returned to us in re-saleable condition, Film Cells Ltd will offer you a credit on future orders, replace the products or credit you for the product returned.  Please note that FilmCells will not credit the shipping costs, unless there has been an error on our part.
